You must be over the age of 16 years (or above the relevant age of consent in your country) to use this website and any free or paid services we provide. On purchasing anything you consent to being over the age of 16 years.

In using this website, our free and paid services, membership, courses and digital content you are deemed to have read and agreed in full to the following terms and conditions, they form part of your contract with us for the provision of services.

The official text is the English version of the website. Any discrepancies or differences created in the translation to other languages are not binding and have no legal effect for any purpose.

These terms may be amended from time to time. In continuing to use this website and our services you confirm that you accept the terms and conditions in full at the time of use or purchase. These terms were last updated 24th September 2020.

Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalisation and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

These terms and conditions are in accordance with English Law.

Access

Lifetime access packages: You will gain lifetime access to anything in your learning zone area

Other packages: Refer to your product package for details confirming the period of access

Access and all documents in your learning zone is for your personal use only and this cannot be shared with anyone else. You cannot share anything that you access from the learning zone,  any downloadable documents and information in the private membership areas.You cannot share your login details with anyone else. Genzy Talent Academy have the right to deny you access to your learning zone and can refuse to make any refunds should you breach these rules. Legal action could be taken due to this breach. Please read the copyright section for more details.

Payment and Purchases

Payment is taken when you join the membership or sign up for a course or boot camp. Auto renewal is set up for the membership. By giving us your payment details, you give us permission to automatically charge your PayPal account, credit card or payment method as payment for the membership.

One-off or agreed payment periods are set up for boot camps and online non- member courses. There is no auto renewal on these as you gain lifetime access.

If you choose to pay over staged payments, you are contracted to pay all remaining payments in full. If you fail to make payment in accordance with these terms and conditions we can deny you access to your learning zone. None payments will be reported to debt collection agencies to recover monies, this can negatively impact your credit score. No rebate, discount, credit or refund will be provided. You will lose access to your learning zone, interactive sessions, the community and any future courses.

Please contact us first by email support@genzytalentacademy.com if you have a billing query, this enables us to rectify your query promptly.

Course and membership access is blocked if a valid payment card or method is not active, please add in your new card details should this happen and contact us at support@genzytalentacademy.com so we can reactivate your login as soon as possible. You will receive an email from us in advance should your card be out of date or not valid, please update these details to ensure you have continous service.

General information

We will not pay any fees or costs from the purchaser’s bank or credit card provider for any dispute made to them. The purchaser must first contact us first so the matter can be clarified, and, in the case, there is a mistake then allow us the opportunity to correct it. We agree to resolving the matter within 14 days. Any fees or costs incurred to us by not following this process will be deducted off any refund due to you.

Cancellations, refunds, and termination

Please contact us at support@genzytalentacademy.com in the first instance if you wish to cancel or you have a concern you would like us to resolve.

Membership- Monthly

You can cancel anytime. Your membership will expire at the next billing cycle. E.G. you want to cancel on the 1st and your next billing cycle is the 10th then you will be a member and have access till the 10th, after that you will not be billed. You will need to provide 7 days’ notice to cancel so we can ensure the auto renewal is stopped for you.

Should a member re-join then we would love to have you back. You may have benefited from preferential rates and offers when you are signing up. If you re-join you will have to pay the newly listed pricing and terms.

Membership- Annually or set period plans

You can cancel anytime at the end of the payment plan period.  Please contact us if you have any reason to feel unhappy about the services we provide. We value your feedback and we ant to rectify any concerns you may have.

Boot camps and online courses

By purchasing these products, you are given immediate lifetime access to all the course and the associated material for your own personal use therefore no refund will be given. We clearly lay out what you will be getting from a particular course on the sales page and in any other communication before purchase, this will give you a full understanding of what to expect within the course. Classroom courses or events

Consumer & Business:

  • A full refund will be given if 30 days’ notice is provided prior to the date or can alternatively reschedule for a future date or use the credit for something else
  • 14-29 days’ notice prior to course or event 100% credit towards another service or course we provide
  • 0-14 days’ notice a 50% credit towards another service or course we provide

General information

If a scheduled payment has been agreed you agree to pay all outstanding fees. Our aim is to work with you to reach an amicable agreement should there be a genuine reason for not being able to complete the staged payments as agreed. Failure to reach an agreement will result in legal or court proceedings.

For any outstanding payments we have the right to discontinue providing any services or training to you and you will lose access to login to your area and the private groups.

Termination

We have the right to terminate your agreement, deny access and not pay any monies should you breach our terms and conditions or conduct any action or behaviour that is deemed unacceptable towards our members or course delegates. (E.G. bullying etc).

Genzy Talent Academy will continue to provide all access as agreed in these terms whilst the business is trading.

Passwords and Security

You must treat such information as confidential. You must not disclose it to any third party.

We have the right to disable any user identification code or password, whether chosen by you or allocated by us, at any time, if in our reasonable opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these terms of use.

Do not disclose any personal details such as date of birth, banking or financial information in any web enquiry forms, inbound phone call or emails.

Please keep your log in details secure and your payment details up to date. You are responsible for keeping your log in and payment details secure, just like you would be using any service. Do not share your log in details with anyone for security purposes. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and to ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your password or account information. If you know or suspect that anyone other than you knows your user identification code or password, you must promptly notify us by email or writing to us.

Payment processing companies and Merchants may have privacy and data collection practices that are different from ours. We have no responsibility or liability for these independent policies of the payment processing companies and Merchants. In addition, when you make certain purchases through our Programs, Products or Services, you may be subject to the additional terms and conditions of a payment processing company, Merchant or us that specifically apply to your purchase. For more information regarding a Merchant and its terms and conditions that may apply, visit that merchant’s Website, and click on its information links or contact the Merchant directly. Our secure payment providers Woo Commerce, PayPal and Stripe hold your payment details. These providers are all used by all major retailers.
